1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on bk433. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bk433 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated balances may be forfeited and all accounts permanently closed.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. bk433 is not liable for any consequences arising from your provision of false or inaccurate registration data. Deliberate falsification of registration data may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. bk433 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.5 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bk433 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically certain wagers to fulfil wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting software errors or platform vulnerabilities. Where bonus abuse is detected, bk433 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the relevant account(s), and permanently ban the player from future promotions.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonus balances and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period. Bonus validity periods are non-extendable except at the sole discretion of bk433 management.

5.5 Modifications to Promotions

bk433 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, any accrued bonus progress at the time of modification will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable, but bk433 shall not be liable for any loss arising from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All bets are subject to acceptance by bk433 at its sole discretion. bk433 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason, including where the platform suspects irregular betting patterns, potential match-fixing involvement, or the exploitation of erroneous odds.

6.2 Erroneous Odds

Where odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, bk433 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the affected bets have already been settled. bk433 will not be liable for any loss arising from the voiding of bets placed on erroneous odds.

6.3 Match Result Determination

For cricket and other sports betting markets, official results are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL Governing Council). In the event of any dispute regarding the official result of an event, bk433's decision, made in consultation with official data providers, shall be final and binding.

6.4 Casino and RNG Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of your relationship with bk433.

• Opening more than one account, or assisting or facilitating any third party in opening accounts in excess of the single-account limit.

• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting bk433 support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk433 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bk433

bk433 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension, the player's ability to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers may be restricted while an investigation is conducted.

8.2 Permanent Closure

Following an investigation, bk433 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is established. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of the platform, any funds held in the account may be forfeited in their entirety, and bk433 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bk433 support via live chat or email. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed via the player's registered payment method. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
